NEW YORK (CNNMoney)-- As Wal-Mart workers prepare to organize a walkout on Black Friday, the world 's biggest shop is combating back. Wal-Mart (WMT, Fortune 500) has filed a complaint with a federal company accusing among the biggest labor unions in the nation of unlawfully arranging picket lines, in-store "flash mobs" and various other demonstrations in the previous six months. In its grievance Thursday, Wal-Mart stated the United Food and Commercial Workers Union and its subsidiary known as OURWalmart is attempting to force the shop into collective bargaining even though it is not the main union for Wal-Mart's staff members. The UFCW represents over a million meat packers and food industry workers.
